About the walk
The Del Mar Local Favorites Walk is a 1 mile loop in the heart of Del Mar’s downtown, home to many locals’ favorite restaurants featuring unique oceanfront views, hidden locations, and fine dining experiences. Come revel in the splendor of Del Mar’s exceptional dining options, where locals and visitors are provided with the best: Jake’s Del Mar, Sbicca (Del Mar Plaza’s choice location), Il Fornaio, Pacifica Del Mar, Pacific Breeze Café, and the Stratford Court Café.
This route consists of primarily downtown sidewalks, where Coast Boulevard sidewalks are steep near Powerhouse Park and Seagrove Park, 15th Street has an incline as well leading up to Camino Del Mar, Camino Del Mar is primarily flat sidewalks, and 13th Street is also on a hill.
