Circulate works with local housing and retail developers to ensure their projects are accessible, connected, and welcoming to all transportation modes. Our recent work in this new service area has included pop-up events at future development sites, walk audits with developers and designers, coordination with City staff, transit agencies, and local community groups, and infrastructure recommendations for consideration in final designs.
