Circulate sent a letter to the Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, in support of Senate Bill 288 (Wiener). This bill accelerates sustainable transit projects that will get people back to work and increase transportation choices by providing a two-year CEQA exemption. This bill has passed the legislature. It needs the governor’s signature to become law.
