Letter: Response to Public Safety Hazard on Eastbound Washington Street
Circulate signed onto a letter with a coalition of local advocacy organizations requesting the City of San Diego immediately address the public safety hazard on eastbound Washington Street. The letter requests the City of San Diego to restore the Washington Street bike lane until the completion of the SANDAG Washington Street Bikeway in this area. On August 21st, 2020, a 66-year old bicyclist was critically injured by a hit-and-run driver on this current Class III bicycle facility.

Letter: Illegal scooter removal in City of San Diego
Circulate submitted a letter to urge the City of San Diego to take appropriate action to end the illegal activities of Scooter Removal LLC, dba ScootScoop.We ask the City of San Diego to adopt ordinances that would protect shared mobility device providers from the predatory actions of tow companies.
