Circulate is Hiring for our Leadership Team
Given the hot labor market, Circulate is re-issuing our postings for Director of Planning and Director of Development roles, both at a higher salary band.
Our Director of Planning will supervise a team of four planners and a large portfolio of value-oriented planning and outreach activities. This position is perfect for a lateral jump into a nonprofit, or for an up-and-comer looking to take the next step in their career to develop leadership, management, and business skills.
Our Director of Development will be a new position, to lead our fundraising efforts and to grow our membership engagement. This is a great opportunity for a nonprofit professional looking to help a high profile organization take the next step in growth and influence.

Free Rides in September with PRONTO!
It’s official! MTS is offering free rides in September with PRONTO to help riders smoothly transition from Compass to the new PRONTO fare collection system. Yes, a full month of free transit! The PRONTO system is scheduled to launch in September. Critical to the success of changing the fare system is distributing PRONTO passes to riders.
How can you get a PRONTO pass before September? MTS is planning a public outreach campaign in August to make it easy for riders to transition. Beginning August 2, riders will have many opportunities to pick up a PRONTO card:
- Visit the MTS Transit Store weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Find a date and time MTS will be at a transit center near you (find the 'PRONTO Transit Center Outreach Events' on the MTS PRONTO webpage)
- Riders can also request a PRONTO Card to be mailed to them by:
