Thanks to everyone who came out to San Diego’s first ever Vision Zero Neighborhood Symposium. We were excited to join with over 100 people from San Diego’s many neighborhoods to discuss the pressing issue of saving lives. Attendees came from Mission Hills, City Heights, Clairemont Mesa, San Ysidro, Linda Vista, College Area, North Park, Logan Heights, Hillcrest, Downtown, Ocean Beach, and Pacific Beach. Here’s a quick recap of what we learned at the event.

Exciting Research Opportunity

Are you a planner or traffic engineer for a city in San Diego County?  Are you interested in obtaining bicycle and pedestrian data at no cost?

Circulate San Diego is partnering with UCSD and local health professionals on a research pilot project designed to monitor everyday bicycle and pedestrian trips and travel patterns, and we are looking for interested cities who may have an upcoming bicycle or pedestrian infrastructure project where baseline data collection is desired or required.

We have the data collection technology and approach in place, we just need suggestions on the location we should study.

If you would like our team to examine a project in your city, please contact Brian Gaze, Director of Programs, at [email protected]

Cover_Photo_(1).jpg

You are cordially invited to join Circulate San Diego to celebrate the release of Circulate's new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Report.

Great cities don’t just happen, they’re planned and as part of Circulate San Diego's #PlanDiego initiative, this report will provide another building block for the City.

Circulate's TOD report recommends specific solutions the City should adopt to make transit-oriented development more economical, affordable, and environmentally sustainable.

Our launch event will be on the evening of November 14th, at Procopio's 22nd Floor Garden with panoramic views of the city.

Wine and refreshments will be served.
