We have a fun evening planned with our diverse and engaged membership for networking, free drinks, music, and celebrations. Mingle with Circulate staff members, local decision makers, and professionals in the land use and transportation space.
The event will feature remarks from Council Member Stephen Whitburn. Representing Council District 3, Council Member Whitburn Chairs the Select Committee on San Diego Housing Commission Oversight and Reform, and is a member of the Rules Committee, Land Use and Housing Committee, and the COVID-19 Response and Recovery Committee. He also serves as Mayor Gloria’s alternate to the MTS Board of Directors and sits on the MTS Public Security, and Budget Development committees.
