Policy Letter: Support for the Build More Housing Near Transit Act (BMHNTA)
On July 21, 2025, Circulate along with its allies submitted a letter in strong support for the reintroduction of the bipartisan and commonsense Build More Housing Near Transit Act (BMHNTA). For decades, the United States has been in a severe housing supply and affordability crisis . This imbalance has led to an unacceptable high cost of living in nearly every part of the country and has pushed homeownership out of reach for many families, and needs to be addressed.
