Policy Letter: Senate Bill 445 (Support) and Copy of “Powerless Brokers” Report

On August 11th, Circulate submitted a letter to reaffirm support of Senate Bill 445 and to share a copy of the latest report, "The Powerless Brokers: Why California Can't Build Transit." This legislation is necessary to help the California High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) to build an important project with the potential to benefit all Californians.
