Policy Letter: Support for AB 1635
Circulate San Diego submitted a letter to the Legislature today in support of Assemblymember Ward's AB1635, enabling redevelopment of the Hillcrest DMV site. The improvements that AB1635 could create for the next generation in Hillcrest would be substantial and would ripple out through the entire city.

POLICY LETTER: 2024-2025 HOMEOWNERSHIP BUDGET PRIORITIES
On January 26, 2024, Circulate San Diego joined The Home Builders Alliance (HBA) support letter advocating a continuedcommitment to supporting legislationand administrative actions that will increase housing production in our state, andto stress our concern with the drastic cuts to housing programs proposed in 2024-2025.

Policy Letter: Support for Senate Bill 689 – Bicycle facilities on our Coast
Circulate submitted a letter of support for SB 689, which will reduce unnecessary delays in the development of bike lanes along California’s coastline. To accomplish this, SB 689 will no longer require traffic studies to convert a travel lane to a bike lane and provide that these bike lanes qualify to be processed as a ‘de minimis’ LCP amendment.
