Circulate San Diego, in partnership with 3 Leaf Holdings and Bandak Project Management, is hosting a free informational webinar on ‘The Hillcrest’ affordable senior housing development. The project, situated on a former University Christian Church-owned parking lot at 3900 Cleveland St., will be a mid-rise affordable senior apartment community with 68 units in the Hillcrest neighborhood. This project will provide a safe and affordable senior housing option with services readily available within walking distance. This informational webinar is an opportunity for the community to learn more about the project and ask questions to the development team.
