Letter: Request for Governor Signature on AB 2345

Circulate sent a letter to the Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, requesting his signature on Assembly Bill 2345 (Gonzalez). Circulate co-sponsored AB 2345 because it will enhance California’s Density Bonus Law, a critical statewide program to encourage affordable and market rate homes throughout California.

Letter: Request for Governor Signature on SB 288

Circulate sent a letter to the Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, in support of Senate Bill 288 (Wiener). This bill accelerates sustainable transit projects that will get people back to work and increase transportation choices by providing a two-year CEQA exemption. This bill has passed the legislature. It needs the governor’s signature to become law.
