Letter: Affordable Homes Bonus Program Concerns in Encinitas

Circulate sent a letter to the Mayor and City Councilmembers of Encinitas, encouraging the Council to reject efforts to undermine AB 2345. Circulate co-sponsored AB 2345 a bill that enhances California’s Density Bonus Law and encourages more affordable homes throughout California. Press Release: Pedestrian Killed in Hit and Run in Logan Heights
2nd Hit-and-Run in Five Days

SAN DIEGO (November 24, 2020) – A driver killed an unknown-aged male pedestrian in a hit-and-run on the evening of November 23, 2020 on Imperial Avenue in the Logan Heights neighborhood of the City of San Diego. According to the San Diego Police Department’s Watch Commander’s Log, a silver or gray two door sedan struck the pedestrian and continued eastbound on Imperial Avenue. The driver has not been located and anyone with information related to the crash is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.

Pedestrian Killed in Hit and Run in Birdland

SAN DIEGO (November 23, 2020) – A driver killed a 61-year-old pedestrian in a hit-and-run on the evening of November 19, 2020 in the Birdland neighborhood of the City of San Diego. According to the San Diego Police Department’s Watch Commander’s Log, an unknown vehicle hit the pedestrian and continued southbound on Health Center Dr. Anyone with information related to the crash is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.
