RECAP: Solana Beach SRTS Outreach at Fiesta Del Sol

Last Saturday, May 21st, Circulate staff joined the City of Solana Beach and CR Associates at Fiesta Del Sol to begin public outreach for our Safe Routes to School project. We spoke with parents about their concerns regarding the safety of their children’s commutes to and from school, and distributed surveys gathering information on how to facilitate more walking and biking trips among students and their guardians. It may not have been the sunniest of days for a Fiesta Del Sol, but we still had a blast getting to speak with everybody and enjoy some live music!
