Circulate San Diego submitted a letter in support of the proposed Cardiff Highway 101 protected bike lanes. By upgrading the existing bike lanes on Highway 101 through Cardiff to Class IV bike lanes, the City of Encinitas will demonstrate its leadership on safety and climate action.
