PLEASE NOTE:Each nominee (whether an individual, project, program, or team) is eligible for only one award category. We recognize that many nominees may qualify for multiple categories; nominators should select the one that best reflects their primary contribution. A single nomination is sufficient. If multiple nominations are received, they will be consolidated and reviewed within one category, as determined by the selection committee. Self-nominations are encouraged.
