May is National Bike Month! It’s a celebration of biking for transportation, recreation, and leisure.
Bike Anywhere Day is for everyone in the San Diego region, not just for those who commute to work. Whether you are a student, family, commuter, bike enthusiast, or someone who is new to biking, pledge to \ bike anywhere on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Join thousands of people and roll into one the various pit stops Countywide between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to receive your free t-shirt, while supplies last. This year, registered participants who are 18 or older will be entered for the chance to win one of five e-bikes, courtesy of Ridepanda. Circulate will be partnering and hosting three (3) pitstops this year! Circulate will be collaborating with the City of Chula Vista, San Diego State University, and the City of Imperial Beach to bring three unique pitstops. Each pit stop will have it own twist and will offer a variety of free items for bikers to choose from!
Here are where our three pit stops will be locations:
-
- San Diego State University - Aztec Walk, near SDSU Transit Station and Viejas Arena
- City of Chula Vista - Northwest corner of the intersection of Bay Boulevard and E Street
- City of Imperial Beach - Portwood Pier Plaza
See here for a map of all the pit stops around the County.
