About the walk
The 1.9 miles seawall walk stretches from Tamarac Avenue past Frazee Park then through the center of Carlsbad Village to the Carlsbad Mineral Water Spa, one block west of the Carlsbad Village Rail Station. Since the creation of this seawall in 1976 you can stroll close to the ocean below the park along Carlsbad Blvd, with benches and narrow grassy areas where you can walk your dog (pets are not allowed on the seawall or beach). Find access points at Chestnut, Maple and Cherry. Find showers and volleyball courts at Frazee Park. It should take about 41 minutes.
