The Chula Vista Community Collaborative will be hosting Day of the Child on April 20, 2024, at the Memorial Park in Chula Vista. Day of the Child is a free family event that provides resources to keep children safe, healthy, and well-informed about services in the community. Over 100 informational and interactive booths are anticipated to outreach and serve children and families. There will be plenty of fun activities such as entertainment, a car show, face painting, performers, dance contests, puppets, magic shows, story time, games, and much more. The Day of the Child event is designed to introduce kids and families to healthy and interactive activities.
Circulate will be in attendance hosting a booth with our Remote Controlled Traffic Calming Course and will be demonstrating a high-visibility crosswalk at the intersection of Park Way and Garrett Avenue. Make sure to stop by to provide input and get some free incentives!
