COVID-19 and the Transportation Sector Panel: 4/2
Join Circulate San Diego on April 2nd for an online conversation on the impacts of COVID-19 on San Diego’s transportation sector.
This panel is free and open to the general public. However, please consider joining Circulate as a member to support our work during these uncertain times.

Tips for Social-Distancing
A lot of us are feeling cooped up at home and needing to get outside for exercise, fresh air, and our mental health. The City of San Diego recently prohibited the use of beaches, parks, and trails, but sidewalks and streets provide great recreational opportunities. Going outside for walks and bike are fun and energizing, but with so many more of us out and about (which is great!) we need to adhere to the social-distancing rule and keep ourselves safe.
We have put together a few tips and reminders to remember when you go on your next outside break. We love seeing our streets and sidewalks filled with activity, but the health and wellness of our community is a top priority. May we all stay healthy, active, and safe!

The City of San Diego is recruiting members for its redistricting commission.
Redistricting is the process of redrawing the City Council district boundaries every 10 years following the Federal Decennial Census. The redrawing of district boundaries is designed to ensure that local legislatures are representative of the City’s population. How and where districts are drawn can shape a community’s ability to elect the representative of their choice. The districts are used for all elections of City Council members, including their recall, and for filling any vacancy in a City Council office.

Help Brand the Chula Vista Bayfront!
The City of Chula Vista and the Port of San Diego invite the public to take an online survey that will help guide the branding of the Chula Vista Bayfront. Feedback from the survey will be used in the development of signage and other materials that will welcome and guide visitors to and around the Chula Vista waterfront on San Diego Bay.
The survey will be available until March 29 and can be completed here.
