Circulate joined the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition in urging Caltrans to create a process that results in Class IV bikeways on important Caltrans-owned streets. In particular, the letter advocates for a protected bikeway on Park Boulevard across the I-5, connecting the protected bikeways created by the City of San Diego to the North and the South.
