Coalition Letter: Include high housing scenario in University Community Plan Update

Circulate joined a coalition in sending a letter supporting the inclusion of Scenario 1 in the Draft Community Plan and Environmental Impact Report. Scenario 1 was proposed in early 2021, and featured high capacity for homes and jobs. It was also supported by a community survey conducted by the City of San Diego. Read the full letter here.
