Circulate joined a coalition letter in opposition of item #5 of the Land Development Code Update, which would change the definition of a Transit Priority Area. The the change would dramatically alter which areas qualify for bonus programs, and the City has not published sufficient data to understand its impacts. Read the full letter here.
