Circulate San Diego submitted a coalition letter in support of to support Councilmember LaCava’s proposed reforms to Community Planning Groups (CPGs). The proposal would bring CPG operations into compliance with the City Charter, and would increase diversity and participation in CPGs. More on CPGs is available here.
