We need your help on community planning group reform!

The San Diego City Council will be considering Councilmember LaCava's proposed community planning group reforms. This package of reforms will bring community planning groups into compliance with the city charter, ensure access to participation, and encourage diversity of membership. It already passed the City's Land Use and Housing Committee 4-0. Circulate San Diego has worked extensively on community planning group reform in the past. You can read our work on it here. Check out our most recent coalition letter here.

Call in or attend in person to let the City Council know that you support Councilmember LaCava's proposal. If you are a member of a CPG, please mention it. If you are not, we still want your support!

When: Tuesday, September 13, at 2:00 p.m.

Where: In person at City Hall or on Zoom

What: Call in to support community planning group reform. The Committee agenda is available here. CPG Reform is agenda item 330.
