Is it too cold to go to the beach? We have a great option to enjoy the bay. Join us for a walk at the Chula Vista Marina at J Street. This time Walk+Bike Chula Vista is organizing a walk at this beautiful south bay area.
We will start our walk at the Marina View Park, to get there take J Street westbound, once you cross the I-5 underpass and Bay Boulevard (one block away), J Street will become Marina Parkway, on the left you will see a Marina View Park, make a u-turn at the next intersection and return eastbound and the park will be on the south. Let's meet somewhere between the restrooms and the tiny-tot lot.
Be there a few minutes before 8:30am and be ready to walk about 2 miles, this walk is great for beginners. Feel free to invite friends, neighbors or bring your friendly dog to this family-friendly event.
