Circulate submitted a letter to the Strategic Growth Council regarding the staff recommendation for the San Diego region to receive zero funding from the California Strategic Growth Council’s Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities grant for Round 5. This follows Circulate's report released earlier this year with recommendations for how San Diego can receive its fair share of Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities funding.
