Circulate submitted a letter in support of the City of Chula Vista’s ATP Cycle 8 application for the Bayshore Bikeway Phase B Project consisting of a Class I path parallel to Bay Boulevard between Lagoon Drive and H Street. This project will close a critical gap in the Bayshore Bikeway, completing a missing segment of a regionally significant 24-mile facility that connects communities around San Diego Bay and provides access to employment centers, transit, and recreational destinations.
