Circulate San Diego submitted a letter in support of the City of La Mesa's application for the Cycle 7 Active Transportation Grant Program for the Lemon Avenue and Jackson Drive Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements Project. This project will help improve the overall safety for the community while increasing walking and biking in the area.
