Circulate San Diego submitted letters in support of the City of Oceanside's application for funding through the Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning grant program and the SANDAG Smart Growth Incentive Program (SGIP). This funding would enable the City to develop a much-needed Active Transportation Plan to improve safety, accessibility, and connectivity for all road users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit riders.
