Circulate San Diego submitted a letter in support of the City of Oceanside's application for funding through the Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning grant program. This funding would enable the City to develop a much-needed Active Transportation Plan to improve safety, accessibility, and connectivity for all road users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, and transit riders.
