On April 11th, Circulate submitted a letter of support for the City of San Diego’s Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant application to support the Streamview Drive Revitalization: Mobility, Safety and Resiliency Enhancements Project (the Project).
