Circulate San Diego submitted a letter in support of the City of Vista's submissions for SANDAG Smart Growth Incentive Program (SGIP) grants. The initiatives the City is pursuing, namely the Climate Action Plan Update, Bobier Drive Complete Streets project, and City-wide Active Transportation Plan, are vital to promoting sustainability, growth, and enhancing quality of life for all residents.
