Circulate San Diego submitted a letter in support of SANDAG's Eastbrook to Shell Double Track project. The Project is part of a larger effort to double track the entire San Diego Subdivision of the Los Angeles-San Diego-San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) Rail Corridor, enabling the BNSF Railway to increase freight capacity and reliability, and the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, COASTER, and Metrolink to expand service and increase ridership from San Diego to Los Angeles and as far north as San Luis Obispo.
