Circulate submitted a letter in support of the City of National City’s ATP infrastructure application to fund active transportation and speed management improvements along Harbison Avenue. Along Harbison between Division Street and 16th Street, the proposed improvements include a road diet, speed cushions, curb ramps, sidewalk widening, high visibility crosswalks, bulb outs, and green conflict striping for bicyclists at crossings.
