Circulate submitted a letter in support of the City of National City's ATP Cycle 8 application for the 8^th Street Gap Closure Project. This project will construct a separated two-way bicycle path from the 8^th Street and I-5 on/off ramp intersection to the 8^th Street Transit Center driveway.
