Circulate submitted a letter in support of the “Civic Center Drive Bicycle and Pedestrian Enhancements” grant application submitted by the City of National City for funding consideration through the California ATP. The project will provide nearly 0.4 miles of Class IV cycle track facilities and enhanced pedestrian facilities along Civic Center Drive, serving as a critical east-west connection between the existing bikeway network in the City and the regional Bayshore Bikeway.
