On April 14th, Circulate submitted a letter of support for the Palomar Street Light Rail Grade Separation Project submitted by the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) to the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) through the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant Program.
