Circulate submitted a letter in support of the San Diego Association of Governments’ (SANDAG) Fiscal Year 2027 Community Project Funding request for preliminary engineering of the Rapid 688 bus route. The Rapid 688 will link San Ysidro and the U.S. – Mexico border through Chula Vista, National City, and City Heights to major employment centers and higher education institutions in the Mission Valley, Kearney Mesa, University Town Center, and Sorrento Mesa areas.
