Circulate San Diego submitted a letter in support of SANDAG's Regional Active Transportation Education Program. The project is an application for funding consideration under the California Transportation Commission’s (CTC) Active Transportation Program (ATP), meant to encourage community members to explore biking and walking as a safe, user-friendly, accessible lifestyle choice made possible through the miles of bikeways and walkways built or being built countywide.
