Circulate has submitted a letter to the Carlsbad City Council encouraging them to unanimously approve the proposed Tamarack Ave Roundabout Improvements. This project will enhance coastal access, improve walking and biking infrastructure, and improve traffic flow along Carlsbad’s busy coastline, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
