Circulate San Diego submitted four (4) letters in support of the City of Vista's applications for the Cycle 7 Active Transportation Grant Program. Proposed projects include complete streets improvements for Bobier Drive, Townsite Drive, and Emerald Drive, as well as a citywide active transportation plan (ATP).
