Circulate San Diego submitted two letters in support of the County of San Diego's submissions for SANDAG Smart Growth Incentive Program (SGIP) grants.
The SGIP grant application for the Poinsettia Avenue Active Transportation Improvements Project will construct a sidewalk on the east side of Poinsettia Avenue between Oleander Avenue and Grand Avenue and install a traffic signal at the intersection of Poinsettia and Oleander in Vista. The SGIP grant application for the Stage Coach Lane Multi-Use Pathway Project proposes the construction of multi-use improvements - expanding the pedestrian pathway, adding safety striping, and implementing traffic calming elements - along Stage Coach Lane between Brooke Road and Reche Road in the unincorporated community of Fallbrook.
