Letters of Support: Lemon Grove SGIP Proposals

Circulate San Diego submitted three letters in support of the City of Lemon Grove's submissions for SANDAG Smart Growth Incentive Program (SGIP) grants.

The SGIP grant application for a Regional Bikeway Corridor Study will allow Lemon Grove to identify key priorities and invest in infrastructure that encourages active modes of travel. Read the entire letter here.

The SGIP grant application for improvements to the intersection of Broadway and Sweetwater Road will result in the construction of a roundabout with separated bike lanes or a protected intersection. Read the entire letter here.

The SGIP grant application for "Lemon Grove Massachusetts Avenue Safe Routes to Transit Plan" will enhance first-last mile (FLM) connectivity, foster transit-oriented development (TOD), and revitalize key transit hubs in Lemon Grove (Massachusetts Avenue trolley station and Lemon Grove Depot).
