Circulate works with public and private clients to assess walking, biking, transit, and micro-mobility access at varying scales. Circulate partnered with Regency Centers and Southwest Strategies to conduct a mobility assessment of bicycle, pedestrian, transit, and micro-mobility access at the existing Costa Verde development in the University Town Center (UTC) area of San Diego. Costa Verde has re-development plans that coincide with the MTS Blue Line Trolley extension to the site.
