Circulate Planning & Policy supported Deloitte on the administration of a transit ridership survey. The survey focused on the various transit services that are provided by North County Transit District (NCTD). The purpose of the survey was to better understand the needs of NCTD's riders as transit agency prepared to make adjustments post-COVID-19 pandemic.
Circulate assisted in the outreach efforts of this project. During the summer months of 2022, Circulate traveled along various NCTD services, visited all the transit stations, and attended a multitude of community events throughout North County to collect feedback for NCTD.
