Circulate is excited to host the Otay Ranch Library’s weekly reading program. On February 7th at 10:15 am, Circulate staff will read stories with an interactive Safety Town component- teaching the 3 steps to cross the road to toddlers and a take-home coloring activity. Circulate has some fun materials for toddlers that will prepare them to be successful readers and smart pedestrians in the future. This event is open to the public and we hope to see you and your child there!
