Policy Letter: Circulate Supports the Midway Rising Housing and Community Revitalization Act
Circulate sent a letter in support of SB 344, the Midway Rising Housing and Community Revitalization Act. This bill would create a path for the Midway Rising Development project to move forward in San Diego. Under this bill, once the City Council approves the project's environmental impact report, builders can move forward with building the homes San Diego desperately needs.
