Policy Letter: City’s Response to Grand Jury Development Impact Fee Report
Circulate provided feedback on the City of San Diego’s proposed response to the Grand Jury’s report on development impact fees. Circulate previously successfully pushed for the City to calculate fees on the basis of square feet, and in this letter urges the city to continue this practice as it considers updating its nexus studies.
