SB 125 Task Force Operations Funding and Capital Projects
Circulate and its allies submitted a letter to the SB 125 Task Force calling for Dedicated State Operating Funding, Capital Project Reform, and Fare and Service Integration. The reinstatement of capital project delivery reforms are appreciated, however concerns remain that the draft report still omits key elements needed to ensure a successful and sustainable transit system.
