Policy Letter: Support for Smart Growth Incentive Program – Vibrant C: Redefining the C Street Corridor
On July 2nd, Circulate and its allies submitted a letter of support of the City of San Diego’s Smart Growth Incentive Program (SGIP) grant application for Vibrant C: Redefining the C Street Corridor. This transformative initiative reimagines the C Street corridor as a pedestrian focused, art and transit rich public space that aligns with the goals of SANDAG’s Regional Plan and SGIP values.
